To not aimbot enemies who are covered behind walls, please enable visibility check in your menu.

For BOCW, the feature is not present, but I see you have Warzone & MW where it is.

In the case of BOCW, just try to only use your aim key when you see the enemy. It will lock onto the closest enemy to your crosshair. I recommend setting your aim key to something like thumb mouse button so that you can ADS and shoot without activating it if needed.
