Many people who are not PO members chat about irrelevant things in the telegram. I think the forum is more convenient, and you can directly find the answers to the problems you need to solve, instead of talking about some unnutritive things

As for Phantom Overlay... yes we have a Telegram with announcements and a public group chat..

Yet we also have a forum because we all grew up on them. Is this the case for anyone else here? What was or were your favorite forums growing up and are you still active there?

Back in the day, Cyberarmy/zebulun was my favourite.

Same. I still frequent a couple of forums and prefer them over Discord, Telegram, etc. Unfortunately, you have to adapt to the masses and that leaves me checking less desirable forms of networking. I feel like Telegram group chats are a cancer though. Sure, Discord can be too, and I've had my fair share of issues there, but it's like a 90/10 split for me.
