Shadowbanned for the 10th time LMAO

So I was using PO a few months back, but stopped playing cod, I ended up getting around 10 SB when I played, but I actually played very legit, I only use radar and a veeeeery light aimbot, but anyways, I stopped playing, and subbed again a couple days ago, played one game fine, next game was around 8 kills and got SB.

Is my account hard flagged maybe?  Also, is the new kill limit 8 for SB? It was 15 when I played last.
