Do i have To restart pc and inject if I alt f4

If i alt F4 while cheats are injected do i have To restart computer and then reinject and launch game or can I just relaunch the game with the original cheat injection

You don't need to restart your computer, you can just inject the cheat again then boot the game.

So this sequence 

load computer 

load cheat, inject cheat, eject usb , launch game , play game alt f4, load cheat , inject cheat , eject usb , launch game is fine ? I dont Need to add a restart pc inbetween the alt f4 and injecting the cheat ?

Correct, if you exit the game you can inject the cheat again then launch the game. Make sure the game and any launchers are fully closed when you inject though.
