Perm HWID Spoofer Question

So I'm confused on who to go with as far as spoofers go, it's between Sync.top and or SickkServices. What I'm struggling with is that on Sync.top it says that it is automatic but is only compatible with Windows 11 when Cod and or BE games are involved and don't know if this would cause conflicts with false bans on other games or not when changing HWID's. Then my thing with SickkServices is that it says that automatic won't work for my motherboard and that it has to be done manually for my motherboard but it will cost Twice as much. I guess what I'm confused on is why one says it can be done automatically but only works for a few games on windows 11, and then other says it has to be done manually but works for most games no matter the windows version.
