No, you do not have to reformat your PC. Just restart your computer after you're done cheating and there will be no traces of the cheat left on your computer whatsoever. Link to comment

PO got a ban wave in September because of a driver update. Since then, Zeb has taken plenty of precautions to prevent that from happening again. If you want to stop using the cheat, all you have to do is restart your computer after using it and that will clear all traces of the cheat on your computer, as long as you have the loader on a USB drive and not in your computer.
