something wrong with po?

after injection the first time, it bluescreened me upon opening cod, now when I inject, I can't open steam, task manager or anything... have tried multiple restarts? whats going on? just got back from a shadowban.

re-installed and now I see a controller support option, however the problem persists, until this is solved PO isn't usable for me, I can't open anything on my computer, can't even restart my pc, I have to force shutdown.

thanks for the confirmation, must be a silent update or something thats getting detected by po's security measures, you also having issues clicking on anything after inject? (steam, task manager, discord, operaGX, windows restart functions) ..?
