Loader invalid key

I’m a new user that has used PO a few times since purchase. Great software. Never used other softwares before and on a brand new pc.

I thought we had re-download the loader due to Zeb’s recent announcement. Now the loader keeps saying “invalid key” even after redownloading a few times. Do I require a HWID reset for this error? I’m already losing 2 days now as my requests have not been answered and I neeeeed to dump on stackers on rebirth.
 

Someone please help.

You will probably need a HWID reset if you're on a brand new PC. If it still gives you an invalid key error after getting a HWID reset, make a support ticket
