Really wanted this to work. But there is no shot after 30hrs and lack of support

I really wanted this to work but due to lack of after purchase assistance and no possible way to get the overlay to work. I have to walk away. More then 30 hrs and all i received from my support ticket was "have you tried to toggle in and out of the windows in the last 24hrs?" and "Are you running a different OS then windows?''

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
