loader not working keeps buffering after i input my license key. Help?

so im new to Phantom overlay i followd all the steps in the guide after purchasing the phantom software. now i made a folder in usb i turned off everything that the guide said to do. i downloaded the loader and it showed up on my screen i input the license keys and its not working it just keeps buffering and loading mode.. whats going on ?

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
