Making Pc show up as Ps4/5

I was wondering if it would be possible to have my pc mw3 show up as ps or xbox so that I can play with my friends without needing crossplay on. My friends are very good at gaming and the pc lobbies are just wild for them. Thanks for any input:)

We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
