its been 6 days since ive purchased phantom overlay and the loader is not working.

did anyone else fix this issue im still waiting on the admin to respond been 6 days since ive purchased phantom overlay and the loader not working.

i did delete and redownloaded the loader no luck

i formated the usb to FAT32 or exFAT no luck

i disabeled all virus protection including core isolation and turned off memory integrity no luck 

added an exclusion folder for usb and moved the loader there to open it no luck.

 

once i open the loader it comes up ( there is no virus protection poppping up ) so that not the issue .. so when the loader comes up its updating then shows my license keys .. i click on license keys to connect and it just keeps spinning and loading it doesnt say "success" 

im thinking this issue has to be on there end because i am following every instruction on the website. 

can someone help me fix this

Maybe try re-entering your key rather than clicking on the saved key?

There is a repair tool on the website, download it drop it in the file folder where your loader is, run the repair tool till it says success then attempt to inject. That fixed my issue

6 days still not working, ticket support waste of time from my side, cuz I see a lot ppl sent it, but no response. 
From my side, have few  issues with loader, everything pass, but in game nothing happen, win 10 last update, Gpu driver last, even Mb driver last, but when try task manager I got strange error message The stub received bad data. also only can reset pc on button. 
What is the expected time to get the software back to normal?
