Dualsense edge controller aimbot not working

I have D4S running, Xbox emulated, hidhide functioning properly, Xbox controller support turned off in steam, and it still refuses to work with my dualsense edge. If I am in the middle of a game and unplug the dualsense, plug in my elite series 2 the aimbot begins to function immediately. If I unplug the elite and plug back in the dualsense mid game for testing purposes it refuses to work. What am I missing? This is driving me nuts.

same problem for me too, even though PO recognizes the controller it doesn't work AIM I tried all the settings, were you able to solve it?
