account acting weird after injection

so i loaded for the first time and when i got into my account my skins were default, all of my mw3 purchases were gone and my prebuilt loadouts were gone. i reloaded a couple of times and it corrected but my concern is that the game knew something was happening. has this happened to anyone?

Honestly sounds like a CoD bug, not a PO issue.
