Just saw a post about someone wanting to know if this comes with spoofer and member said its suggested to not use a spoofer. Doesn't this make it a lot easier to get HWID banned?

No. Spoofers are easily detected by Ricochet and they will get you HWID banned faster than just using PO by itself.
