Yes, you can use PO safely on your main account. However, you shouldn't cheat on accounts that you don't want to get banned.

I was using my main account when PO got detected 😭.  Since then. I haven’t used none cheese.  I don’t know if PO could get detected again

Seems like you probably got caught in the April 5th silent update. That only affected a very small amount of users, so you were just unlucky at the time. PO is now a lot safer, but if you're still worried about future detections then you should consider checking out DMA cheating.

PO users mainly use it on their main accounts. External cheats still carry risk of ban no matter which cheat you use. PO still has better track record than others and they dont lie about detection's. You want more safety get DMA and a good firmware and you are set for COD.
