Hello,

I just did buy the WZ product again. At first I got "connection error: 10" after I entered the license key. 
I just restartet and I had to enter it again. It did need 5 minutes of loading but than it works.
Is there any way to solve those issues?

You can try redownloading your loader and restart your PC before using the new loader

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
