CS2 BSOD and red trust on acc after BSOD

Recently bought PO for the first time after years of using Kernel and other clients, I followed every step, I ejected my USB before launching CS and don't use aim, only esp and do a good job at hiding it. (I believe) 

After closing CS2 after using PO for the first time on tuesday I was met with a BSOD and account went to red trust factor (Using CSGO method of looking to play: Red sees 1-10, yellow 10-20, green 20+. 

Made a ticket on thursday after seeing not to use it again until making one and no response yet but is it likely i'll BSOD again if I inject if anyone knows? My days of owning PO are going down and I have had no response on a support ticket yet so looking for anyones input on this situation.
