Yes, PO has automatic renewals. If you don't want renewals or if an unwanted renewal happened, you can make a support ticket to get a refund. Link to comment

Sync.top is a recommended spoofer from PO, but only their perm spoof. PO doesn't recommend using temp spoofers because those get detected often. Link to comment

Spoofers add extra detection vectors, and using one when you don't need one means if it's detected, you will be banned from the game (and maybe HWID banned) even if PO remained undetected. You can alternatively only spoof if you are confirmed as HWID banned. Link to comment

Not always. You can still get HWID banned even if you use a spoofer. Your best bet is to use only PO and no spoofer. HWID bans are usually only applied after 2 or more perma bans, and even if you do get HWID banned you can just perm spoof once and make a new account easily. Link to comment
