depends on your gamestyle, on how good aim you have without using cheat.

i dont remember 100% every section. but:

Target lenght: Dont rememer this name setting, but how fare you aimbot should work. i had it on 100.
above that is just super suspicius. ju cant nail every bullet 300m away
fov: 6
Lock on target : Off (just annoying if you want to switch target)
smoothness: 35
stickiness: 0
target bone: closest 
deadzoone: fullbody

 

when i had PO, i used this settings, for me it was okej. but i also have good aim without

i use this settings from start on a account, and am know on level 500 sommething. and zero shadow bann
