Loader Not Working

Anyone know how to fix this or could respond to my ticket? I have tried all the trouble shooting. I have factory reset my pc. I followed all the steps in the guide. The loader does not inject anything, The usb is the right format. I start the loader, let it do its authentication process. Then I enter my key. The buffer does about one or two rotations, then stops and the loader closes. Then when I go into bo6, there is also no overlay. I don't get any error messages, it just closes.

If you've already done all the proper troubleshooting, then you'll have to just wait for your support ticket to be answered. They usually receive a response within 24 hours, but it could take longer.
