Do you need to disable antivirus/windows defender?

With most games you need to forcefully shutdown your defender through 3rd party apps how is it with PO do you need to disable anything besides core isolation? And how about things like XMP?

You should just add an exclusion to Windows Defender for the folder where you save the loader. XMP can be left alone.
