server connection failed :2

I am getting this error since 8 days. Is there any fix for this? I disabled Windows Defender, disabled Firewall, uninstalled Windows Updates (win 10), downloaded new loaders, always the same error. I once connected my PC to my phone's mobile hotspot and then it worked but after 2 mins I got a error with connection lost. Since then my mobile hotspot gives also the same server connection failed :2 error. Please help 😭😭 my ticket is unanswered since 1 week

Send a new message in your current support ticket to update it or make a new one. You might get time compensated if you ask.

Man, respectfully you keep sending this same message in multiple discussions to multiple people and we aren’t getting help. Many people in telegram have the same issue and we aren’t getting help man. We need help. I have been stuck and getting nothing. I love phantom overlay and can respect the volume of tickets yall have but please help man. A week is too long. We wanna play.

I am using PO since 2021 with multiple CoD lifetime subscriptions and never had a issue till now. This is my first Problem since 3 years and now I finally see why so many people crying about the PO ticket system. It's unfortunately very very very bad 😔 only HWID resets are done very quickly but the rest.. is unacceptable

Thank you bro, I appreciate your comment. PO obviously has very loyal customers and all we want is for PO to work. Its so frustrating for the software to not work and then not to hear back from someone for days or AT ALL.

Most of the time, any bugs experienced while using PO is user error and can be fixed by simply reading the various troubleshooting guides. However, sometimes people do experience bugs that they can't fix by themselves so a support ticket is required. Unfortunately, lots of people don't read the troubleshooting guides so they make a support ticket instead. This leads to a bunch of tickets that have easily fixable problems, but they still take time to respond to and diagnose the issue which delays responses for the tickets with actual problems. Add on the fact that there are only 2 people (Fika and Zebleer) that can answer tickets and there are probably hundreds of tickets, yours might not be answered immediately. Zebleer is busy monitoring security for CoD and all of his other cheats, while Fika is busy doing other administrative work and answering tickets as well. Also they both have lives as well, so you'll also have to take that into consideration. Tickets are also answered in the order they come in, which is why I recommend either making a new ticket or sending a new comment in your current ticket to bump it back to the top of the list.

If you've already tried all troubleshooting methods and nothing has worked and you have a ticket open, all you can do is wait. At least your money won't be wasted, since you're more than likely going to get time compensated if you ask nicely.
