3 times I get shadowbanned, yesterday I was only able to play one 8 kill game, what do you recommend I play for a while on Xbox or not touch the account anymore, it's my main account

No, you can just play on PC for a little bit without cheats to try and avoid reports. Maybe a week without cheats and just play party modes or plunder and avoid getting reported.
