Hi, just wondering if the issue with the 24H2 update has been resolved yet. I was sifting through the forum posts and didn’t see any update on this topic on the front page.

No, PO doesn't support 24H2 yet

Paid for a month, got about 7 days use out of it, credited with another 7 days due to 24H2 release, but I'm still not able to use it, and it's now expired. Do I raise another support ticket, or am I just out of luck?

Unfortunately mines been open since Monday with no feedback yet and haven’t been able to use PO since Sunday evening. Connection error 9 started occurring Monday evening.

Send another message in your support ticket to update it. Time lost will be compensated.
