Anyone know why when I set hot key for AB to either L2 or R2 , when I look and aim or shoot at someone it makes me pop my tactical and/or field upgrade

Make sure you are using a default DS4 profile and you haven't accidentally remapped anything

deleted all other profiles on ds4 and made a completely new one w/o touching anything , still same thing 

also all over lays and steam input is all off as well

Try checking your in-game binds then.

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
