PO for WZ: with or without spoofer and detection frequency

I am leaning to buy the cheat for MW3/WZ but I have couple questions beforehand:

 

1. Does this cheat needs a spoofer to protect my HWID? 

2. Do it comes with an integrated spoofer like othe brand products or will I need to buy one? Any good recommendations or does PO sells one separately?

3. When was the last detection for the regular cheat and when was the last one for the DMA cheat?

4. And as a persona opinion, how much better is the experience with PO compared against other competitors? I come from EO and they were getting detected every season release.

3. Last full detection for external was Sept 27, 2023. PO External had a small detection (less than 1% of users on April 5, 2024). PO DMA has never and never will be detected
