MW3 ESP Boxes Blacked Out?

Every once and awhile the ESP boxes become completely black making it so that I can't see the enemies character model at all (both when their hidden from view and in view) I just have to pray and shoot. Sometimes it will resolve itself during a match, but mostly it won't. I've tried resetting esp but that doesn't fix it, any suggestions?

Try disabling "Box Fill"
