After hours of trouble shooting i finally found a fix for this error if anyone else gets it, "SVM" needs to be enabled in your bios after that core isolation setting in windows should show up and let you disable it, didnt have core isolation tab at all before this, but PO would still give me the error message. Hope it helps

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
