Performance issue since a couple days

Hi everyone. I stopped playing cod for a couple weeks. Before I stop my game was working really well. game was smooth and the cheat also.  Now when I inject my game is choppy. I managed to do something to fix it but it does not work everytime. I switch from exc;lusive to borderless and sometime the game go back to normal. I have a rx6800xt. I'm 100% sure its caused by the cheat because when i'm not injecting the game run smooth. Do someone have any idea how I can fix this. thanks

Create a new config if you've been importing one. Also go to Misc in the menu and set the FPS to be close to the FPS you get in game.
