  1. I'm getting stuck at the key part it either will crash and close, or infinitely load and it doesn't show the inject button, this has never happened, only after the update

Try deleting your loader, restart pc, download new loader, insert key. 
 

If that doesn’t help, open a ticket.

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
