Seeking Knowledge/Advice

Hello everyone, I am in a bit of a pickle, I have not used PO yet but after reading the COD Cheating Bible, and some posts by the developer, it seems like this community is open to assist those with questions. To start off, I was not cheating whatsoever, but would always get shadowbanned on PC (so i would play instead on my Playstation 5), when BO6 came out, I was camo grinding and unfortunately got falsely shadowbanned (whatever i got used to it), but to continue with my camos, i used a software from another provider (i won't list the name to avoid any rule breaking) but they do not have their own website, and sell through resellers. It is a rage-focused cheat, but i didn't use any risky features. However, i did use strong aimbot settings to get the remaining headshot and played blatant because it was essentially HvH.

My question is, i raged for about 2 days (i was practically nearly done with my camos legit) inside shadowban lobbies (which after reading the Bible thread, i found that to be a mistake). Since completing it, ive just been playing zombies (deleted the software, etc) and i don't believe the software is detected in this time period. Now for the pickle; usually i get unsb within 3-7 days. It's been past the 7 day mark now, and i am still in limited-matchmaking. It has never taken this long when i was completely legit. Does this mean the games played during the shadowban cooked my account? I know what to do if i get permanently banned, but has anyone been in a similar circumstance?

I was shadowbanned in COD twice the past few months. I have sinced learned I need to tune down my settings a hair. The time it takes to be unshadowban seems to range a little bit. 2 days to 2 weeks is what I heard. I dont think any of your progress will be deleted tho.

Update: SB was removed after approximately 7 days and 5 hours.
