bo6 cheat does not work

Good evening.
The cheat does not work for me, the loader stays blocked or closes suddenly after selecting the license (bo6 fifetime).
I opened a ticket 2 days ago but I get no answer.
Is the support team offline?

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
