Read before you buy! Terrible support.

Hi, 

Before you buy be warned support is very very very slow at replying to support tickets and there go to responds is “wait until we tell you to inject your time will be compensated “ they then never get back to you.

i along with a few others have had an issue since buying the cheats which has made them not usable since the moment of purchase for me that was Thursday 7th nearly 7 days ago. 
 

All attempts to fix the issue have come from other customers and trying to work it out myself with no luck and no official support.

the issue is the launcher infinitely loads of closes after the serial key menu and never gets to the injection page. 

so if your fine with buying something that may not work the moment you buy it, and then waiting ages for support that doesn’t happen then go ahead and hit that buy button if not I would avoid.

The cheat works for an overwhelming majority of the userbase and support has to look into the specific situation for each computer. This is why these types of tickets take so long.

I have used multiple of different cheat hosts in the past, I've never came across a another company that has such slow support when it comes to fixing an issue that's stopping somemone using the cheat, if they are that busy with support tickets get some more admins to help with the work load.

 

There is zero excuse for bad support

There is zero excuse for bad support 

1. Other cheat providers do not work like PO. There is a reason PO is the best in the market in terms of features and safety

2. As stated above, safety is the top concern for PO. This is why they can't just "get some more admins". Only people Zebleer trusts completely will have admin access to the website, so Fika is the only other admin.
