cant access customer area

Whenever I click customer area or whatever it says sorry we cant find this area and it says I have 2 software keys but I'm pretty sure I only purchased 1 is this normal?

 

also can a mod pls pls help me with my support ticket

FYI, our processor also does not show us your full card number, expiration, or security code.

Security

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
