Yesterday I purchased 30 days for bo6, in my software keys it shows this, but the product does not allow me to go to the customer area. In my orders and invoices, it shows one that is pending and gives me the option to pay now but nothing says that I have purchased anything even though I have the product in my software keys. After a purchase is there supposed to be something in orders and invoices confirming your purchase?

If the payment went through and money was withdrawn from your account and you still do not have access to the customer area, you should make a support ticket and an admin will help you out.

We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
