Aim bot and late kill notification

Trying to figure out what’s going on here if it’s bo6 or is it the about fov 6 sticky 2 smoothness 33 deazones off on controller! But will randomly be running and get a kill notification from 200-400 m out when I’m not fighting anyone it happens when I am fighting someone just seems weird and wondering if anyone else has this problem

Okay I thought I was tripping but I’m getting random kills from 200 meters out when I’ve killed no one
