Shadow ban and starting an alt account

I’ve been sb on my main this is the second time this has happen the first time was 6 months ago before I even started my cheating journey it’s what actually pushed me to start hacking punish me for not doing it well shoot matters well be doing it mentality! This account origins from 2019mw it’s an old account but it has a 2 year gap of play history. I know I’ll be good to go in a week but my question is can I start and alt account with out ending up butting myself in a sb loop between accounts from my understanding they are able to tie the account together due to my hardware! My plan was to just wait and advice and or suggestions welcome thanks PO community!

You should wait out the shadowban on your main account.
