Update on support tickets?

Hi, 

First off I’d like to say I 100% understand the backlog of tickets which only Fika and Zeb can see and deal with. 
 

my only concern is how long it’ll actually take for tickets to be resolved? I myself have been waiting 2 weeks now when the issue I’ve been told is something that can be easily sorted on the other end. 
 

what I’m trying to ask is, what is the realistic timeframe as again, I’ll use myself as an example of someone who has paid for something they are unable to use for 2 weeks. 
 

please do not take this in a negative light as I appreciate the hard-work behind the scenes. I just want my product to be working is all.
